Known Issues after JUL 17 Maintenance

Greetings adventurers,
Below are the known issues after the maintenance on JUL 17th.
1. Avatar color not showing properly.
- This issue has been fixed during the temporary maintenance on JUL 18th.
2. Some players are not able to encounter Snake and Lowry in dungeons.
- We are aware of the issue and it will be fixed during the next maintenance on JUL 31st.
- We will be making changes to the event on JUL 31st to account for users who were unable to participate while the issue is being fixed.
We apologize for any incovenience this may have caused.
