[Event Participation Accounts]

- This event can only be participated in by accounts with a main character at Lv. 15 or above.

[Mission Clear]

- For dungeon clearing missions, tickets will be issued along with dungeon clear rewards.

- Participating in the event while utilizing abnormal methods can result in revocation of won event rewards
and additional restrictions as per our Terms of Service and Community Rules.

[Applying for Prizes and DFO Items]

- The Neo: Awakening Artbook raffle can be entered using both Basic/Special tickets but cannot be won in both categories at the same time.

- Merchandise received may differ from the prize images above depending on your personal monitor resolution and color settings.

- Winners will be announced through our official homepage on DEC 5, 2023 UTC.

- For winners, additional information may be requested through your character's email and taxes may be applied for some rewards.

- The character to receive DFO items must be selected then sent when entering the raffle. (Mail storage period: 15 days)

- DFO items that are not sent within the event raffle period will be deleted automatically.
