- Only accounts with a main character of Lv. 15 or above can participate in this event.

[Mission Clear]

- For dungeon clear missions, tickets will be issued along with dungeon clear rewards.

- Participating in the event while utilizing abnormal methods can result in revocation of winner status and event rewards,
as well as additional restrictions as per our Terms of Service and Community Rules.

[Merchandise Prize and DFO Item Raffle]

- Merchandise received may differ from the prize images above depending on your personal monitor resolution and color settings.

- Winners will be announced on the official website on FEB 3, 2026 UTC.

- Prize winners will be contacted individually, and shipping will proceed for those who respond within two weeks.

- Prize winners may be contacted for additional information via the account-registered email and there may be prize-related tax implications for certain rewards.

- Due to customs regulations and other legal issues, the shipment of event goods to some overseas locations may not be possible.

- After entering the DFO Item raffles, in-game item rewards can only be received after a character is selected and the rewards are sent manually. (Mail storage period: 15 days)

- In-game items not sent within the event participation period will be automatically deleted.
