You know how to punch a sandbag, right?
Then hit the sandbags that appear in Optimal Level Dungeons and bring Fighter's Spirit to the SD Female Fighter in Seria's Room.
She will exchange them for useful items to help leveling!

Hit the Sandbag to earn Fighter's Spirit and EXP Capsule Selection Boxes! Sandbags can be hit only up to 3 times a day! |
