1. Check Daily/Monthly Purchase Limit

From [Review Purchase] on "Purchase CERA" page, you can check your purchase limit.
Your purchase limit varies depending on your account status and is subject to change depending on the service circumstances without prior notice.

Q. How much is the purchase limit for NEOPLE accounts?
The Purchase limit for NEOPLE accounts applies to Paypal, E-Wallet, and Credit Card purchases.
For example, if your daily purchase limit is $50 and you have already purchased a total of $50 through Paypal, you many no longer purchase further CERA through Paypal, E-Wallet, or Credit Card.
However, you may purchase additional CERA by using Karma Koin or Prepaid Card.

Q. How much is the purchase limit for STEAM accounts?
The purchase limit for STEAM accounts applies to CERA converted through STEAM Wallet.
For example, if your purchase limit is $50 and you have already converted $40, you may only convert $10 more.
You cannot convert more CERA than the daily limit that is displayed.

The conditions for increasing the purchase limit varies depending on your account status.
The requirements have varied depending on the service situation, and is subject to change without prior notice.
We ask for your understanding regarding this measure as it is implemented to assure the stability of the service.

3. CERA Purchase Condition for New Adventurers

In the past, newer accounts have had restrictions regarding CERA purchase.
Although we still have these restrictions on newer accounts, we were aware of the inconvenience that many new adventurers faced,
and thus have decided to disclose some of the requirements that enable purchases.
(We ask for your kind understanding that we are unable to reveal all of the requirements T.T)

4. Overall Increase in Purchase Limit

As of today’s maintenance, there has been an overall increase in the CERA purchase limit.
The limit has been increased not only for our veteran adventurers, but also for the all newcomers, to make shopping in the CERA shop more pleasant.
However, as aforementioned, please note that the increase in purchase limit is subject to change depending on the service circumstances.
