*UPDATE* APR 17

As mentioned in previous notice, if you were hacked between April 2nd and April 15th and you were using a secondary password, please send a ticket to our support team by April 28th. Although the root of the issue was not on our end, we are considering restoration of lost items for players who were using secondary password but still got compromised. Please note that tickets received after this date will not be considered for restoration. 

Also, keep in mind that while our investigation is on-going, the accounts will be unplayable until further notice. We can only ask for your utmost patience as it may take some time for the investigation to be finalized. Once done, the accounts will sure be returned without delay.

Furthermore, we are planning to enhance our game launcher’s security to possibly circumvent further incidents of account hacking, as well as another security campaign along the way.

As always, we recommend our valued players to use Google OTP on their accounts for security and never share your account information to anyone else.

With the recent hacking attempts on our users, we have been thoroughly investigating and have found that the root of the issue was not on our end.
However, if you were using goblin pin, google otp/2nd password and were still hacked between APR 2 and APR 15, please send us a detailed ticket about the issue to our customer support team.

It has come to our attention that there’s currently an on-going account hacking attempt on many of our users, and we are thoroughly investigating the situation.
In the meantime, we highly recommend to use Google Authenticator to secure your account. To enable Google Authenticator, please follow the following steps:

1.    Log-in to your account at www.dfoneople.com
2.    Click on your account name on top right of the screen, select Security and go to Google Authenticator. You can also copy/paste https://member.dfoneople.com/security/googleAuthenticator to your browser.
3.    Once you are there, follow the steps on the screen to enable Google Authenticator on your account.

Once you are in-game, you may also add Goblin Pin to further secure your account.
