We would like to inform you of the following measures taken in response to the abuse of the Guide of Wisdom Ticket bug that occurred on MAY 29.
Accounts that have abused the bug have been regulated as follows.

<Severe Bug Abuse – Ban (3 months)>

<Bug Abuse – Trade Restriction (2 Days)>
- 79 accounts have been regulated accordingly.
- Additionally, users who have obtained items through entering Guide of Wisdom with bugged tickets will have the equivalent of their items removed from their inventories in the form of Epic Souls. 

Please be informed that further regulations will be imposed on repeat abusers in the future.

<Event Reward Cancellation Compensation>
- The number of Guide of Wisdom Tickets from the DFO Weekly Planner Special Gift Box will be increased to 2.
- The DFO Weekly Planner Special Gift Box will be issued on Monday in addition to Friday/Saturday/Sunday.
