Known Issues after NOV 24 Maintenance

Below are the known issues after the maintenance on NOV 24.
1. Black Diamond Privilege not being applied properly
- We confirmed that some Adventurers whose DFO Store Privileges should have been changed to Black Diamond had not been promoted properly. The issue is now currently solved. Please check your DFO Store Privilege again and send us a support ticket at https://neople.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new if the issue persists.
2. Missing Skin Avatars from the Advent of Apostles Skin Avatar Box
- Please note that the fix to the Advent of Apostles Skin Avatar Box was not retroactive. If you have already opened the Skin Avatar Boxes prior to the NOV 24 maintenance and wish to receive a Skin Avatar Box with all Skin Avatars included, please send us a support ticket at https://neople.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new.
3. Missing Emblem Sockets from EXTREME Promotion Special Weapon Avatar
- Please note that the fix to the EXTREME Promotion Special Weapon Avatar was not retroactive. If you have already bought the Special Weapon Avatar prior to the NOV 24 maintenance and wish to receive a Special Weapon Avatar with Emblem Sockets included, please send us a support ticket at https://neople.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new.
4. Untradable Inventory Expansion Tickets from the DFO Web Store Awakened All-in-One Package
- Please note that the fix to the Inventory Expansion Tickets included in the DFO Web Store’s Awakened All-in-One Package was not retroactive.If you have already bought the package prior to the NOV 24 maintenance and wish to receive account-bound Inventory Expansion Tickets, please send us a support ticket at https://neople.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new.
