Three months have passed since the announcement regarding the incident of gross misconduct that was tracked within Dungeon Fighter Online. As promised, we have been fully committed to taking the necessary legal actions to resolve the matter.
I would like to share with you the results of the sentencing.

On October 16^th, the prosecutors requested the court for a seven-year prison term and a fine for a former Neople employee who had exploited their account for unfair profits through Dungeon Fighter Online.

Today, on November 1^st, the first instance verdict has been rendered. Given the intentional planning, extended duration, and scale of the crime, the court deemed the crime to be of serious offense that caused significant damages to reputation and user expectations.

Consequently, the offender has been sentenced to the initially proposed seven-year prison term, and all wrongfully gained profits will be recovered. Additionally, we are determined to recovering any insufficient amounts through future proceedings.

I offer my sincerest apologies for the inconveniences and disappointment caused by this incident. We are determined to prevent any such occurrences in the future.
