Please be informed that the in-game report feature is available for user as of the NOV 21 update.

This function is to be used for reporting inappropriate behavior only, which can be defined according to our Community Rules and as according to the categories shown within the report feature. Abusing the report feature for any other reasons will be considered punishable behavior as also mentioned in our Community Rules, so we ask our Adventurers to use this feature sincerely and wisely.

Additionally, reporting incidents through support center tickets will still be available although we recommend utilizing the in-game feature for quicker responses.

The report feature can be accessed as follows.

1-1. Left-click on a character you see on-screen to access the report menu.

1-2. OR left-click on the IGN in chat to access the report menu.

Please refer to the following details regarding each report category when choosing which reason to report a user/chat for.

Report Causes

1. Unauthorized program use: Suspicions of users using unauthorized programs that affect their own or others' gameplay. (ex. hacks for instant raid clears)
2. Cursing/inappropriate chat: Records of chatting or cursing in an inappropriate/offensive/hateful manner.
3. Inappropriate name: IGNs of users that include inappropriate/offensive/hateful language.
4. Bot suspicion: Suspicions of characters that are bot accounts.
5. GM/Dev impersonation: Suspicions or records of users impersonating GMs or developers, ranging from incidents of impersonation through chatting to commiting fraud.
6. Inappropriate site/advertisement: Records of advertising/posting innappropriate or harmful online sites and any other type of advertisement unrelated to DFO or for monetary gain. 
7. RMT advocation/intent: Records of advocating/advertising/inquiring for real-money-trade transactions.
8. Doxing: Records of disseminating personal information of other individuals.

We hope this new addition will help in creating a healthier and more enjoyable DFO experience for all our Adventurers and encourage you to utilize it to its best extent.
