Update Regarding Recovery Support Policy

Greetings Adventurers,
Please be informed of the following updates/changes regarding our Recovery Support Policy which will be effective as of the FEB 20, 2024 update.

Please note that although we will strive to provide as much assistance in as various cases as possible, recovery may still be limited in some cases.
The following limitations may be applied when applying for recovery.
- Some aspects of items may not be recovered if they include probability-based features
(e.g. Reinforcement, amplification, etc.) - Recovery requests made for mistakes that occurred in spite of system safety measures may be denied. (e.g. Typing in confirmation text.)
- Materials/resulting items from the incident must be in possession in order for recovery to be processed (e.g. Character must possess the corresponding amount of Epic Souls to be deleted in order for equipment to be recovered after a disassemblement mistake.)
- Consumable/materials used during the process of a mistake may not be returned upon item recovery.
- Restrictions to items issued may be added (e.g. Tradable items may be recovered as account-bound/untradable
As we offer recovery support on a case-by-case basis, please send us a ticket and our support team will let you know if we can assist you in any way possible if you're unsure as to whether your case is eligible for recovery.
