▣ Upcoming Changes to Exceed Content

• Gem/Loot rewards acquired from playing before 09:00 Sunday, DEC 1, 2024 UTC will only be receivable before the maintenance on Tuesday, DEC 3, 2024 UTC.
• Gem/Loot rewards acquired before 09:00 Sunday, DEC 1, 2024 UTC but not received will be deleted after the maintenance on Tuesday, DEC 3, 2024 UTC so please be advised to receive everything by then.

• For Gems acquired in Exceed (White Cloud Valley) after 09:00 Sunday, DEC 1, 2024 UTC, the obtainable rewards will vary depending on the time of polishing.
  • Polishing before maintenance on Tuesday, DEC 3, 2024 UTC: "Perfect Boundary Fragment" Obtainable
  • Polishing after maintenance on Tuesday, DEC 3, 2024 UTC: "White Ocean Coin" Obtainable
  • For Adventurers who need "White Ocean Coins," please polish gems after the maintenance on DEC 3, 2024 UTC.

▣ Auction Hall Items Returned

• All items registered on the Auction Hall will be returned during the maintenance on Tuesday, DEC 3, 2024 UTC.

▣ Mileage Reset

- Mileage Points will be reset during the maintenance on Tuesday, DEC 3, 2024 UTC.

▣ Ring of Combat Quest Clearance Ticket Item Discontinuation

• Following improvements scheduled to be made to the Ring of Combat quests, Ring of Combat Quest Clearance Tickets will no longer be able to be used after the maintenance on Tuesday, DEC 3, 2024 UTC. 

Equipment Growth System Removal

• Please be informed regarding the removal of the Equipment Growth System after the update on Tuesday, DEC 3, 2024 UTC.
• According to the degree of Equipment Growth achieved, compensation rewards and refunds will be given in accordance with the criteria below.
• Any remaining Boundary Fragments will be unusable after the maintenance on Tuesday, DEC 3, 2024 UTC so please be advised to use all items before then.

▣ Compensation Rewards Regarding Equipment Growth System Removal

• Rewards will be given to characters that have fulfilled the criteria before the maintenance on Tuesday, DEC 3, 2024 UTC.
  • Sacrosanct equipment growth levels will be scaled to match the growth levels of normal (non-Sacrosanct) equipment.
  • God of Mist weapons will be scaled to Lv. 40 Seon Epic equipment.
• Each reward will be sent by mail after the the maintenance on Tuesday, DEC 3, 2024 UTC, and any mail not received by the maintenance on Tuesday, MAR 18, 2025 UTC will be deleted.
• All items are given per character and are permanent/untradable.

▣ Refund Equipment Selection Criteria (Per Character)

• Eligible equipment must be within the scope and location of data collection on the day that data is extracted in order to be considered.
• The highest-level equipment in your possession for each equipment part will be calculated and added into a total.
  • Advancements that can equip Primary/Secondary Weapons will have 1 weapon with the highest level counted.
  • If both Primary/Secondary Weapons are Lv. 40 Seon Equipment (or God of Mist weapons), only 1 weapon will be counted.

▣ Token Refund Regarding Growth Levels Per Equipment Part (Sent by mail after the maintenance on DEC 3)

• Special tokens will be distributed by grade, with the amount given determined by equipment option levels, as of the maintenance on Tuesday, DEC 3, 2024 UTC.
• Sacrosanct equipment growth levels will be scaled to match the growth levels of normal (non-Sacrosanct) equipment.
• God of Mist weapons will be scaled to Lv. 40 Seon Epic equipment.
• It is possible to check the token refund amount per character within the game after the update on NOV 19, 2024 UTC.

• The amount of EXP of your highest-level equipment per part will be calculated and converted to the corresponding amount of tokens (on a per character basis), as of the maintenance on Tuesday, DEC 3, 2024 UTC.
• Characters that have maxed out option growth levels for all parts of equipment will receive 1,000 tokens.
