Ever since the disconnection issues on JAN 9, we understand that there have been issues with purchasing or selling items through the Auction Hall.
We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding regarding this belated notice as we strove to thoroughly investigate the issue before taking appropriate measures .
We have identified and fixed the issues related to the abnormalities of the Auction Hall,and it is now functioning as intended.
We will address all items that were sold in the Auction Hall or registered but not sold, ensuring that players receive proper sales proceeds and expired items accordingly.
We will take action to process these items as quickly as possible and notify you once everything is complete.
However, identifying cases where an item was purchased from the Auction Hall but not received is a more complex issue.
As such, if you have experienced this issue, we kindly ask that you notify us by sending us a ticket.
Upon confirmation, we will ensure that the purchased item is properly delivered.

Please check your mailbox to receive items related to the issue.
If you cannot see your items in your mailbox, please proceed with the following steps.
- Change channel
- Exit to the character selection screen, then enter the game again
- Check your mailbox for new mail
