Please be informed of the following actions which will be taken regarding the Lifeguard Package Coin Generation Issue.

- Accounts that have used Refund Pots numerous times – Permanent Ban

- Accounts that have abnormally generated Package Coins but have not used them – Item Retrieval Only

- Cases where account-bound items were purchased with abnormally generated Package Coins and are in possession or are equipped – Item Retrieval Only

- Etc.

(Other cases involving and influenced by abnormally generated Package Coins will have item retrieval or restrictions applied according to internal regulations.)

The investigation will be based on data ranging from the time of Server Launch (10:20 UTC (19:20 KST)) to the time of Item Use Restriction (22:40 UTC (07:40 KST)).

If the investigation data and the data at the time of retrieval do not match, temporary restrictions will be applied until the end of investigations to allow for further actions to be taken.
