We would like to inform you of the following issue.

We have confirmed an issue where the Lifeguard Aura Change Ticket gauge would reset intermittently.

This issue has been fixed during the AUG 5 maintenance.

Actions Taken

• The gauge loss that occurred from using change tickets between JUL 8 – AUG 5 have all been restored.
• For cases in which gauge loss totals exceeded the value of 100, the following criteria were utilized:
  • For every 100 gauge loss: Lifeguard Purchase Benefit Box No.4 x1 issued
  • Remaining gauge loss below 100: Corresponding gauge value restored
