Key Updates

The updates include, without limitation:

• Integration of Google APIs in connection with certain in-game features and services
• Inclusion of information required under the EU Digital Services Act (DSA), including:
  • Publication of a designated DSA contact point for users in the European Union (EU) and European Economic Area (EEA)
  • Additional disclosures required under applicable law
• Clarification regarding the engagement of third-party service providers for certain data processing activities
• Alignment of Neople’s policies with the standardized terms and compliance framework of the NEXON group
• Updates to dispute resolution provisions, including:
  • Introduction of an informal dispute resolution process as a precondition to certain claims
  • Revisions to arbitration procedures
  • A waiver of the right to participate in mass or consolidated arbitration, subject to an opt-out right as described in the Terms of Service

Applicability

Certain provisions of the updated Terms of Service and Privacy Policy may not apply to you depending on your place of residence and applicable law. Please note that DSA-related provisions apply only to users located in the EU/EEA.

Effective Date

These updates will become effective on JUN 23, 2026 (the “Effective Date”).

Your Rights and Choices

• You may opt out of certain dispute resolution provisions, including the arbitration and mass arbitration waiver, by following the procedure set forth in Section X of the Terms of Service within the prescribed timeframe
• If you do not agree to the updated Terms of Service or Privacy Policy, you must discontinue your use of the Services and may terminate your account at any time

Acknowledgement and Acceptance

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, by accessing or using the Services on or after the Effective Date, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and understood the updated Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and you agree to be bound by them.
