We found there is a problem that some of you have experienced the characters not showing properly ingame.

If you are unable to see your character after logging into your account, please check to see that you are
logged into the correct server. If you are still unable to see your character after selecting the correct server,
please send us a ticket by going to the link below.

After looking into the issue, we have identified that the problems seems to be in our client not being able
to load the previous server that you played on. Instead, it selects the server randomly when you log in.
The development team is currently looking into the issue and will try the best to fix the issue as soon as
possible.
