[Announcement] About Game Disconnection on Jul 31, 2017

Dear adventurers,
First, we would like to express our sincerest apologies for the lack of communication after the server-wide disconnection on Jul 31. It took us more time than we expected to investigate the cause and come up with a resolution.
When the disconnection occurred, we were immediately notified and the issue was resolved with a client patch. However, due to some unknown side effects of the patch, there is now an issue with some items/skill description not showing properly. We are currently working on a fix for this and it will be resolved as soon as possible.
Since all users were affected, there will be a server-wide compensation for all users on Aug 8 maintenance.
Again, we apologise for any inconveniences and we would like to ask for your understanding.
