Removes the target item's current Reinforcement/Amplification level. Cannot be used on Otherversal Energy equipment. If a Dimensional ability already exists, the same one cannot be chosen. Can only be used on Lv. 55 Rare equipment or above.
Lv. 5	Master Contract Package (7 Days)	Contains a 7-day supply of Tactician's Contract, Conqueror's Contract, Growth Contract, and Cube Contract each.
