Character "My Status" Improvements

* Information in My Status – Details will be improved as follows.
- % increase option values will be shown separately for Damage Value and Buff Power.
- Location of Equipment Bonus options will be adjusted (excluding Damage Value, Buff Power, Skill Atk. Increase)
- Cooldown Recovery and Actual Cooldown details will be added.
- Options related to cooldowns for all skills excluding Awakening will be added in the details.
