The Lv. 115 Fusion Stones can only be equipped on Lv. 115 equipment.
The new Fusion Stone items can't be transcended, and disassembling/extracting them will yield Shattered Nightmare Fragments.

The Brilliant Weather Cube can be sealed a total of 4 times, after which it can't be sealed again.
Exalted seal cannot be performed while enhancements are applied.
Exalted seal cannot be performed while Fusion Stones are equipped.
Upon Exalted sealing, the item becomes tradable, and when traded to a character on a different account, the Exalted Seal is removed immediately.
Buffer Distinct Equipment
