Skill Evolution Improvements

 

Resource Consumption Now Linked to Basic Skill Cooldown Changes

Acquiring options that modify a skill's basic cooldown (such as stackable options, cooldown/damage +/- options), the skill's resource cost will now be changed at the same rate.

Charge Burst: Upon learning Renewed Focus, the character's Attack Speed will now be applied at a fixed rate to the upward slash motion, and the basic Casting Time will be adjusted.

Omnislay: Shooting Star: Upon learning Heavenly Execution, the character's Attack Speed will now be applied at a fixed rate to the throwing motion, and the basic Casting Time will be adjusted.

Omnislay: Shooting Star: Upon learning Heavenly Execution, if the tracked target dies, the skill will now track another enemy within range.

 

Soul Bender

The options for Dark Flame: Empress will be changed.
