Character Balance

Asura

  • Atk. for the following skills will be adjusted as their percentage Atk. will be changed to Independent Atk., and they will no longer be affected by Weapon Masteries.
    - Ghost Orb, Deadly Enticer, Ground Quaker, Wave Eye, Thunder God Energy, and Wave Sword: Indra Net
     
  • The Murderous Wave tooltip window will now display the correct skill icon.
  • Using Ghost Orb while having 4 - 5 Manifestation Brands will no longer abnormally affect your Atk.
     
  • Mind's Eye
    - It will also increase Hit Rate. (+5% at all levels)
      ㄴ This Hit Rate bonus will be disabled inside the Arena. 

 

Brawler (M)

  • Cursed Quake
    - This skill will be restructured as to compensate its unstable hit point.
     
  • Cave-in
    - Will now Immobilize enemies instead of stunning them.
    - Will now drop small stones for 0.6 more seconds.
     
  • Poison Throw
    - SP requirement will be changed. (25 → 20)

 

Grappler (M)

  • The following skills' Independent Atk. will be changed to percentage Atk.
    - Fling, Shoulder Tackle, Air Steiner, Snap Shot, Slam Kick, Rolling Spike, Pierce, Focused Fury, Black Tornado, and Technique: Storm Diver
     
  • Slam Kick
    - This skill's TP version, if it hits in midair, lifts you up with the momentum.
     
  • Sole Bearer: Quaking Tiger
    - Will no longer pull enemies that are immune to Grabs during the multi-attack phase.
     
  • Air Steiner
    - Cooldown for failed Grabbing attempts will be changed to 1 second.
     
  • Break Down
    - Cooldown for failed midair Grabbing attempts will be changed to 1 second.

 

Striker (F)

  • The Y-axis attack ranges for the following skills will be increased.
    - Low Kick, Tiger Chain Strike, Tiger Roar, Crushing Fist, Bone Crusher, One Inch Punch, and Lightning Dance
     
  • Beat Drive
    - Its kicking attack range along the X and Y axis will be improved.
     
  • Chain Assault
    - Each hit will now increase your attack range.
    - Each hit will now force its target monster to fall forward, regardless where it hits.
     
  • Shadowless Kick (New Skill)
    - This is the revamped version of the old Chain Destruction skill.
    - Enables you to deliver elevating kicks, drag enemies along with you, and then finish them with a powerful roundhouse kick. 
     
  • Kihop Low Kick
    - Its Level 3/6/9 options will be updated.
    └ Level 3: Its pulling duration and speed will increase.
    └ Level 6: Its attack speed reduction rate and attack range will increase.
    └ Level 9: Decreases cooldown -10% for 30 seconds upon expiration.
     
  • Empress's Climactic Fist (New Skill)
    - This is the revamped version of the old Dynast Punch skill.
    - Enables you to let out a battle cry, overpowering enemies in a broad area, concentrate your Energ

 

Brawler (F)

  • Snake Stance
    - Its atk. bonus will no longer abnormally affect basic attacks in the Snake Stance version.
    - Heaven's Net will now be properly affected by Basic Training, even if used with Snake Stance.
    - Its tooltip window will now correctly display its Dash Atk. and Jump Atk.
     
  • Block Bomb
    - Its prerequisite skill's level requirement will be changed.
    └ Brick Buster Lv. 5 → 1
     
  • New skill added: Forbidden Art: Viper Den
    - Can be used during Snake Stance.
    - Can be learned at Level 85, and mastered/max-leveled at Level 1. Its atk. is affected by Snake Stance.
    - Discharges poison in the form of snakes. Can also be used in midair

 

Grappler (F)

  • Turn Heel (New Passive Skill)
    - Can be learned at Level 75, and mastered/max-leveled at Level 1.
    - Changes the following skills' Grab range to attack range.
    - Wild Cannon Spike
    └ Its dragging animation will be removed. Only the finish attack (with shorter post-casting delay) will be activated.
    - Cyclone Attack
    └ Enables you to jump and throw yourself at enemies while on the ground.
    - Hurricane Super Plex
    └ Its first attack will pull its target.
    └ Enables you to hop forward, kick an enemy as you jump, and then kick it downward as you land.
    └ Can be used in midair after you learn Turn Heel.
     
  • Air Steiner
    - Cooldown for failed Grabbing attempts will be changed to 1 second.
     
  • Air Clutch
    - Cooldown for failed midair Grabbing attempts will be changed to 1 second

 

Launcher (M)

  • Atk. for the following skills will be adjusted as their Independent Atk. will be changed to percentage Atk., and they will now be affected by Firearm Mastery.
    - Steyr AMR, Laser Rifle, Flame Pillar, FM-31 Grenade Launcher, FM-92 Stinger, Quantum Bomb, X-1 Extruder, FM-92 Stinger SW, Seismic Wave, and Buster Beam
     
  • Heavy Firearm Mastery
    - Will also negate Hand Cannons' penalty on Physical weapon skill cooldown. (Disabled inside the Arena.)
     
  • Heavy Firearm Technique and Concentrated Fire
    - Their level bonuses and Cooldown Reduction options will no longer be applied to Satellite Beam and Buster Beam, and these skills' Atk. will be adjusted accordingly.
     
  • Spectral Search Eye
    - A Critical Atk. option will be added.
    └ +30% at Lv. 15 (+1.5% per level)
     
  • Enhanced Strength
    - This skill will be removed.
     
  • Heavy Firearm Enhancement
    - Its learning level will be changed. (Lv. 80 → 75)
    - SP requirement will be changed. (100 → 80)
    - Basic/Skill Atk. option values will be adjusted.
    └ +35% at Lv. 4 → +35% at Lv. 6 (+2% Basic/Skill Atk. per level)

  • MSC-7 (New Skill)
    - This is a new Active skill that can be learned at Level 80.
    - Shoots a neutron bomb that causes a powerful explosion, knocking enemies backward. Enemies that cannot be pushed explode on their current spots.
     
  • 2nd Chronicle Sudden Annihilation Set
    - 9-piece Set effect changed
    ㄴ Old: Arctic Booster duration -30%, hit interval -50%, Atk. +10%, pre-shooting delay -30%, post-shooting delay -50%, and cooldown -30%
    ㄴ New: Plasma Booster duration -30%, multi-hit interval -50%, Atk. +10%, pre-shooting delay -30%, post-shooting delay -50%, and cooldown -30%

    - Contract: Hodor/Freet/Black Knight Sandor/Hellflower Aukuso/Big Sis Louise, Lasher, Spirit: Naias/Ador/Wisp/Stalker/Aquarius/Flame Hulk/Glaerin/Dead Murker, and Legendary Summon: The Moonshade
     
  • The Legendary Summon: The Moonshade Replay option will no longer play the pre-update video

 

Crusader (M)

  • Sign of Protection
    - The maximum sharing damage limit will be removed.
    - The Signs of Protection applied to your party members will no longer be canceled by the damage that they receive.
     
  • Divine Flash
    - Its target party member selection range will be increased. (900 → 1,200 px)
    - Its buff duration bonus will be increased. (40.5 → 48 sec. at Level 8)

 

Necromancer

  • The following skills' Independent Atk. will be changed to percentage Atk.

  • Dragon Wing
    - You will be able to remain in the air even if you change rooms.

    - Recoil will no longer be abnormally applied during the Co-op Attack phase.

    - The pre-casting animation delay will be decreased.
     
  • Ender's Light
    - The animation delay will be decreased.

 

Dark Knight

  • The following skills' Independent Atk. will be changed to percentage Atk.
    - Uppercut, Brief Cut, Dark Slash, Bounce Blow (Bludgeon), Dark Cross, Spin Attack, Wave, Vein Slash, Grand Wave, Dark Explosion, Dark Lust, Dark Crasher, Dark Fall, Dark Sword, Shock Wave, Dark Flame Sword, Dark Break, and Wave Spin
     
  • Because of this Percentage Atk. update, the Dark Force skill will be removed.
