Scud Genocide

Its forward shooting Attack Power has decreased by up to 20% and its midair shooting Attack Power by up to 15%.

After Level 3, its maximum forward shots are fixed to 35 and its maximum midair shots to 25.

Because of the above changes, Scud Genocide's overall Attack Power has decreased by 18%.
